Completely refurbished inside and out. Re-skinned with laser cut, supple and super soft real Nubuck leather. Film and Flash tested perfect. 30 day warranty on refurbishing.

I do the following to every refurbished SX-70 I sell..

1. Complete removal of old porvair/leather skins and all glue residue

2. Main lens is dismantled and I clean all available lens elements that can be cleaned front and back lens housing.

3. Main internal mirror, taking mirror,fresnel lens, parabolic mirror and viewfinder cleaned.

4. All battery contacts, flash contacts and main switches cleaned and tested.

5. Film rollers, film slot and sunshade cleaned. Film ejection tested.

6. Lubrication of internal gears and internal camera housing cleaned.

7. Bellows light checked and cleaned.

8. Light sensor checked for accuracy, Flash tested.

9. Film tested.

10. Re-skinning with the finest made, perfect fit, die cut replacement skins.

Please note: Even though I do a very thorough cleaning of the camera viewfinder and lens group there are still a few very minor specks of dust present. This is quite normal to all SX-70 and 600 series cameras and cameras in general and will not effect pictures taken with this camera at all. Sample picture in photos was taken with exact camera pictured.

Also note that most of these cameras may have a small gap in the film door when closed. This is quite normal and common and will not affect performance in any way.
